Your online bingo guide

Online bingo has never looked as bonza as it does here at True Blue Bingo.

Let’s get you going with the best bingo entertainment in town, where you’ll be on the edge of your seat waiting to shout out “B.I.N.G.O you little ripper!”

Online bingo games

You have the choice of two forms of online bingo games to choose from here at True Blue Bingo, namely, 75-Ball and 90-Ball. And with 6 bingo rooms to play in, there’ll never be a dull moment in your time playing with us!

Buying your bingo tickets

Once you’ve decided on which bingo game you’d like to play and in which room you’d like to join, you’ll be wanting to buy tickets.

So here’s what you need to do:

  • Log in to your bingo account, and choose a bingo room to play in.
  • When you load the room you’ll see bingo tickets to the right of your screen that look like this:
  • You can simply click a single ticket to purchase it, and use the arrow on the right to scroll for more tickets or;
  • Click for a set of 3 tickets in 75-Ball or a strip of 6 tickets in 90-Ball and use the arrow on the right to scroll for more tickets.
  • As you select tickets you’ll notice that they change colour just like the picture below.

  • You’ll see the number of tickets you’ve selected in the section to the bottom left above the big BUY button.
  • If you’re happy with your selections then click BUY selected to purchase. If you wish to change any, click them a second time to deselect them.
  • The more tickets you buy, the more the total cost displayed will tally everything up for you. It’s also good to note that some games have a minimum ticket requirements attached.

  • When you’ve bought your tickets you’ll see your cards have Bought written underneath them, and the total number of tickets you have in the game will display underneath the BUY button.

Advanced buy

Having a good yabber is something we do well here at True Blue Bingo but of course playing bingo is what we love to do. Sometimes you may find yourself saying “Stone the crows I’ve missed my tickets!” so to save this happening you can buy all of your tickets in advance. Bonza!

  • You’ll notice the Advanced Buy area in the bottom left hand corner of the tickets area underneath the BUY Selected button:

  • Click Advanced Buy and this what will appear:

You’ll see a list of games playing now. Some things to note are:

  • You can click in the tickets box and it will default two strips of cards, or you can type the number of cards you’d like to purchase.
  • The cost of the tickets will add up to the right of the game for the total of that game and at the bottom as a grand total for all your selections, as in the picture above.
  • When you have finished making your selections click BUY, and bought cards will show up in the My Tickets column.
  • Games that are grayed out are games you aren’t eligible to purchase. The main reason for this is that some games are for depositors only, so you will need to make a deposit to be able to purchase these games.
  • To see more games than the next four hours of games simply change Next Four Hours to a time selection that suits.

  • You can browse the Special Games to take advantage of any games playing that have bigger bingo pots, or special jackpots attached.
  • You can see any tickets you have bought, and BBz you have been credited with from chat games in your Buy and BBz History’s.
  • You’ll notice at the bottom of your Advanced Buy that you can scroll across many pages of available games, and will see some coloured icons as pictured below.

  • The coloured icons indicate features of the games that are playing like PJP, FREE game, BOGOF (Buy One Get One Free) offer available and many more! Scroll your mouse on any icon next to a game and the description of what’s on offer will pop up for you.
  • If you know exactly what you are looking for you can also click Advanced Search which will give you the options below:

  • Using Advanced Search you can search for a specific style of games only, such as PJP, or a minimum prize or ticket value.

Know your bingo terms

Any dinky di online bingo guide wouldn’t be complete without a guide to the bingo lingo we all use, so let’s get you in the know!

  • Alias (nickname): This is your player alias you will decide on when registering your bingo account.
  • BBFL (Bingo Ball for Life): One of our most popular promotions that gives you access to owning your very own lucky bingo ball and offering a weekly jackpot for no extra cost!
  • BBz (Bingo Bonuses): the bonus money that you will win in chat games and some of the promotions on offer. BBz cannot be withdrawn but can be used to buy more bingo tickets. This means even more bingo play time and more chances to win cash on the games which you can withdraw.
  • Bingo room: It’s the place to be and it’s where all the action takes place. We have a total of 6 online bingo rooms – 5 of them are 90-Ball Bingo rooms and the other is our 75-Ball Bingo room.
  • Blackout: Also known as a Coverall. You need all 25 balls in a 75-Ball game to win.
  • Buy-in: You ‘buy-in’ to play in a game. The games will have their own ticket prizes and a number of tickets that will need to be bought in order to play.
  • Caller: This is the ‘voice’ you will hear when the balls are being called in a game. They may be automated voices but they certainly do take on their own personalities, with the Roomies either loving them or giving them a piece of their mind!
  • Cards: Also known as tickets. What you purchase when you want to play in a game of bingo.
  • CG (Chat Game): These are the games you will play during a chat. You will be able to win BBz and play even more bingo than before!
  • CH (Chat Host): These are your fun loving, and ever so slightly nutty hosts who are ready to keep you well entertained while you play in the Chat Rooms. Any bingo queries you may have can be directed at your CH, who is there to help you out in any way possible.
  • CHM (Chat Host Manager): Our CHM is there to keep things in check, in control and in order. She is also available to answer any questions you may have.
  • Chat Room: This is just to the left of the Bingo Grid & Tickets and is where all the fun happens! In the chat rooms you will be able to chat to you CH’s and fellow Roomies while you play bingo and casino games.
  • Coverall: Also known as Blackout. You need all 24 balls in a 75-Ball game to win.
  • Dauber: This is your ‘pen’ which you will use to mark off your bingo tickets with. Here at True Blue Bingo, you are given an auto daub, which makes it simpler to keep chatting while you play. You’ll also be able to design the way your dauber looks in terms of colour and shape.
  • FH (Full House): During a game of 90-Ball Bingo, you will get three chances to win namely, in the first line, in the second line and on a FH. In your average 90-Ball game, the FH has a greater pot that that of the other two prizes on offer.
  • Free space: In a game of 75-Ball Bingo, you will play with a 5x5 grid ticket which has a total of 25 squares on it. The center square is known as the free space. It will already be marked off for you so you will only then need to fill in the rest of the 24 squared to win!
  • Jackpot: The prize to beat all other prizes that you can win when playing bingo. If you bingo FH in 90-Ball 75-Ball Bingo in the required number of balls you may also win a Jackpot!
  • Leaders: When you are in a chat room, you will notice a section titled ‘leaders’. The leaders are the players in the game who are the closest to a win. The required number of balls they still need to get is displayed next to their player alias.
  • Lingo: Get down with the bingo lingo and learn the language of online bingo.
  • Lobby: Want to play in any of the Bingo Rooms? You’ll find all of them in the True Blue Bingo lobby. You will also be able to take a look at all the games that are being played at the moment and choose the game that you would like to play in.
  • Pattern: A style of game you will find in a 75-Ball game. Some of the squares will be shaded and will form a pattern. A patter can be won when all the shaded areas have been marked off.
  • Pot: The prize you will win in a bingo game.
  • Prize: Also referred to as the pot.
  • PJP (Progressive Jackpot): A jackpot that will continue to grow as more players take part as well as when it is not won.
  • Roomies: The name for the players in the rooms.
  • RNG (Random Number Generator): Ensures that numbers are called at random.
  • Speed Bingo: A bingo game played at super speed with a game lasting just 1 minute. Don’t blink you’ll miss it LOL.
  • Split Pot: More than one bingo player has won the same pot. Our pots are split as per ticket win, the more winning tickets you have the greater share of the pot you will receive.
  • TG (to go): Used when you type 1TG, 2TG and 3TG, which means that the player only needs 1, 2 or 3 balls in order to bingo.
  • Tickets: Also known as cards. Must be purchased in order to play a game.
